Welcome to Bright Kids Books! We’re delighted to have you as part of our membership community, where we work together to bring joy, creativity, and a love of reading to your precious children and grandchildren. Before you begin your journey with us, we have a few simple terms and conditions to ensure everything runs smoothly.

  1. Introduction

By using our website (brightkidsbooks.com.au) and subscribing to our service, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. We aim to keep everything clear, simple, and friendly.

 

  1. Subscription Service

Our monthly book membership subscription service costs $39.90 and depending on which age group you purchase, includes 2 or 3 handpicked quality books delivered to the nominated address. You can cancel or update your subscription anytime by contacting us and giving us 30 days notice in writing to our email: [email protected]

 

Please note that the 12 month free book offer is dependent on you having a current active Bright Kids Books account for that duration. Any cancellation of the account before the end of this term will void any future free books.

 

  1. Payments and Billing

Payments are processed securely through our trusted banking payment partner. We do not process the payments ourselves, or store any of your card information on our site. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the recurring monthly fee until you cancel your membership.

 

  1. Copyright

All content on our website, including text, images, and branding, is owned by Bright Kids Books unless otherwise stated. This content is protected by copyright laws. You’re welcome to browse and enjoy our website, but please don’t use or reproduce any part of it without our permission.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any details you provide to us will only be used to deliver our service and communicate with you about your subscription. If a delivery doesn’t reach your destination or arrives damaged, please photograph the package and damaged books and send them with your details to:
