If you have changed your mind about a purchase, we will offer a store credit or exchange within reason, provided that:
The item is returned within 30 days of purchase.
The item is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase is provided (e.g., receipt, order confirmation email.)
Please note that refunds for change of mind are not available. This is only available for the latest product you have received as part of a subscription package, and does not apply for products preceding this.
2. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, you are entitled to a replacement, refund, or repair under Australian Consumer Law. To process your return:
