Welcome to Bright Kids Books! We’re delighted to have you as part of our community, where we work together to bring joy, creativity, and a love of reading to your precious children and grandchildren. Before you begin your journey with us, we have a few simple terms and conditions to ensure everything runs smoothly.

By using our website (brightkidsbooks.com.au) and subscribing to our service, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. We aim to keep everything clear, simple, and friendly.

 

  1. Our Services

We now offer:

  • Single books: board books (0–2), picture books (3+) and activity/colouring titles.

  • Value Book Bundles: curated multi‑book packs for Babies, Kids and Activity.

  • Memberships: monthly curated deliveries for Babies (0–2) or Kids (3+).

We curate primarily from Australian & NZ authors with standout illustration. All orders are dispatched from our Australian warehouse.

 

     2a. Pricing, Discounts and Services

 

  • Single‑book multi‑buy: Save 15% when you buy 3 single books, or 20% when you buy 6 or more single books. Discount applies automatically at checkout.

  • Bundles: Value Book Bundles are pre‑discounted at the pack level. Savings vary by bundle.

  • Membership pricing: Membership prices may differ by age group; the product page shows current pricing, inclusions and billing period. There are no lock in periods or contracts.

  • Coupon codes & promos: Occasionally we run special offers (e.g., Seniors Card or seasonal promos). Each promotion will state its own terms, dates and eligibility.

  • GST: All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.

 

  1. Payments and Billing

Payments are processed securely through our trusted banking payment partner. We do not process the payments ourselves, or store any of your card information on our site. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the recurring monthly fee until you cancel your membership.

All content on our website, including text, images, and branding, is owned by Bright Kids Books unless otherwise stated. This content is protected by copyright laws. You’re welcome to browse and enjoy our website, but please don’t use or reproduce any part of it without our permission.

 

  1. Privacy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any details you provide to us will only be used to deliver our service and communicate with you about your subscription. We will never share your information with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.

We strive to provide the best possible experience, but please note that we are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of our website or services, including any delivery delays or errors that may arise from third-party postal services.

 

  1. Book Selection

Our staff curates books with care to bring joy and inspiration to your children and grandchildren. However, while we aim for age-appropriate and engaging selections, the views or opinions in the books are those of the authors and do not necessarily reflect those of Bright Kids Books.

 

  1. Cancellations and Refunds

If a delivery doesn’t reach your destination or arrives damaged, please photograph the package and damaged books and send them with your details to:

    8a. Orders and Shipping

 

  • Where we ship: We currently ship within Australia only.

  • Dispatch: Orders are packed promptly from our Australian warehouse. You’ll receive an order confirmation and, for most parcels, tracking once shipped.

  • Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight and method.

  • Delivery estimates: Timeframes depend on your location and the carrier. Your tracking, where provided, is the best guide.
